PT's Coffee has been roasting in Kansas since 1993, helping pioneer the Direct Trade sourcing model that's now standard in specialty coffee. Based in Topeka with three cafes across Kansas City and Topeka, they're a larger operation that still roasts to order five days a week and ships the same day.
