Each component is roasted separately using Klatch Coffee's signature peak of flavor method before blending to a medium roast. Flavor profile offers sweet dark chocolate, orange citrus, berry, and spice with a rich and syrupy mouthfeel. Named Best Espresso in the World at the 2007 World Barista Championship in Japan. Intended for espresso preparation.
