Single-origin organic coffee from the Mayorga Family's farm Los Naranjos in the Mercedes Hills of southern Honduras, near the borders of El Salvador and Guatemala. Fully washed process. Varieties: Red Catuai and IH-Café 90. Grown at 1,300-1,550 meters altitude. Flavour profile features big cocoa, white fruit sugars, stone fruit, and soft citrus acidity with a buttery body. Roasted as One Roast (medium), suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
