Summary
Organic single-farm espresso coffee from Finca Los Naranjos (The Orange Tree) in the Mercedes Hills of southern Honduras, owned by the Mayorga Family and part of the Cafesmo co-operative. Grown at 1300-1550 metres, fully washed, and roasted as an espresso roast. Varieties are Red Catuai and IH-Café 90. Cup profile offers white currants, white sugars, citrus and cocoa, described as balanced chocolate and nuts, well suited to milk-based drinks.
