Organic single-origin coffee from Finca Los Naranjos in the Mercedes Hills of southern Honduras, produced by the Mayorga family as part of the Cafesmo co-op. Grown at 1,300–1,550 metres, this fully washed coffee features Red Catuai and IH-Café 90 varieties. The cup offers big chocolate aromatics, a buttery body and soft citrus acidity, with solid cocoa, white fruit sugars and a soft citric finish. Roasted as a one roast that works as a developed filter or espresso.
