Guatemala Finca Rosma Filter
Summary
A single-origin coffee from Finca Rosma, owned by Dr. Fredy Morales, located in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala near San Pedro Necta. The lot is called La Pila (The Pillar), named after the water storage tank used to irrigate the farm. Grown at 1710-1880 metres above sea level, the coffee is from Caturra and Red Bourbon varieties. Processed as fully washed and dried undercover. Roasted as a filter roast with a light profile. Flavour profile features caramelised orange, silky body, sweet and juicy citrus notes with a subtle dry citrusy finish, evolving into caramel and dark chocolate as it cools.
