Summary

A Colombian coffee from producer Cesar Ledesma's agroforestry farm, grown at 1,600 meters in San Bernardo del Viento. The Sudan Rume variety is processed with a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by sun drying and controlled convection oven drying. The cup is aromatic and complex with deep, rich sweetness, a soft body, floral qualities, and notes of mandarin and strawberry.
