Etiopien Hadeso (filter)
Summary
This coffee comes from the Guji region in Ethiopia, about 300-400 km south of Addis Ababa. It is produced by 500 smallholder farmers who deliver their cherries to the Hadeso washing station. The coffee is hand-picked, sorted, pulped within 6-8 hours, fermented in tanks for 36-48 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds under parabolic shade nets for 5-7 days. It offers a super floral and juicy cup with a clean, elegant profile, pleasant acidity, tea-like qualities, and fruity notes of peach and citrus.
