Etiopien Aricha is a washed coffee from the Aricha Mulecha Mugida washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Grown at 1935 meters above sea level, this coffee is of the Kurume variety and is hand-picked. It offers a clean, complex, and highly floral cup with juicy, tea-like qualities and notes of strawberry. The beans are fermented for 36-48 hours and dried for 18 days.
