Limited edition single origin coffee from Oporapa, Huila, Colombia. Sidra variety processed as Natural: rigorous selection of over 80% ripe cherries, 72 hours of controlled fermentation, thermal shock and a 4-day fermentation in warm fruit must (mosto at 60°C) with special yeasts, then 76 hours of drying at 40°C and resting in GrainPro bags. Flavour profile of peach, papaya and mango with a clean, fruity character. Q score 88.75.
