A single-origin specialty coffee from Colombia, Oporapa, Huila region. Grown at 1650-1800m above sea level. Botanical variety: Sidra. Processed using a natural double fermentation method involving 72 hours initial fermentation, drying, rehydration with mosto and thermal shock, followed by second fermentation with specific yeast, then final drying and stabilization. Q score of 88.75. Flavour profile includes peach, papaya, and mango with a tropical sensory emphasis.
