The Holguin family partners with local smallholder farms, purchasing cherries at a premium and processing them at Inmaculada Farms. Grown at 1750-2000 masl. The coffee is floated, washed, and carefully dried before being sealed in Grainpro. Flavour notes include floral, yellow peach, honey, and black tea. Recommended for filter brewing.
