Washed coffee from Danche, Guji, Ethiopia, produced by Habtamu Fikadu (Kuri Mountain Coffee). Varieties include 74110 and 74112. Processed with a submerged fermentation of 48-72 hours, followed by a second 12-hour fermentation after washing, then dried on raised beds for 10-12 days. Tasting notes of jasmine, stonefruit, honey, and Dong Ding oolong.
