Summary

SOL is Gringo Nordic's annual summer coffee blend for 2026, combining four coffees: a fully washed Rwanda Nyamurinda (from Francine and Immaculate's washing station) providing lively summery notes and balance; a fully washed Kenya Muranga AA of the SL28 variety from smallholder farmers at Gatagua Factory, contributing juicy acidity; a natural anaerobic Colombia Finca La Tierra (Pink Bourbon & Geisha from Heber Sarria) adding full body and fruitiness; and a white honey Colombia El Placer Geisha from Sebastián Ramírez contributing floral notes, bergamot, green tea, apricot, and pineapple. This fruity, rich, full-bodied blend is suitable for all brewing methods including iced coffee.
