Kenya Kiriga Estate AA is a single origin coffee from Kiambu County, Kenya, produced by Kiriga Estate. The farm was first planted in 1954 and is now run by Brian Gakunga. The coffee is made from SL28 and Ruiru II varieties grown at 1800-1950 meters altitude. The processing method is Fully Washed with a double wash, sun-dried on raised beds. The cup profile features notes of orange, rhubarb, and redcurrants with a vibrant, lively character. Only AA grade beans (17/18 size, over 7.2mm) are used.
