BIO Peru Cosecha de Mujer is an organic espresso coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru (San Ignacio), produced by female members of Cooperativa La Prosperidad de Chirinos. It is 100% Arabica, with varieties Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Caturra, Marsellesa, Mundo Novo, Pache and Typica. Fully washed process with sun drying. Cup profile: sweet apple, chocolate, caramel and nut notes, balanced and clean. Medium roast intended for espresso.
