Summary
Indonesia Laga Lizu is a specialty coffee from the Bajawa region on the island of Flores, Indonesia. It is produced by smallholder farmers in the Ngada district and grown on volcanic soils at 1,200-1,500 meters above sea level. The coffee is made from the Linie S-795 / Jember varieties of Arabica and processed using the anaerobic honey method, which includes prolonged fermentation and drying on raised beds. It offers a complex and balanced fruit profile with notes of melon, kiwi and orange, complemented by a long sweet finish. Cupping score: 87.
