Summary

From the highlands of southern Ethiopia, in the Guji region (Sukkee Qutto, Oddo Shakiso), this coffee is grown by a group of 44 farmers at up to 2,200 metres. Processed as natural at the Dambi Uddo station, slowly sun-dried on raised beds and hand sorted. The JARC 74112 Arabica variety shows a bright, sweet cup with blueberry sweetness, a delicate honey body and an elegant linden-blossom floral finish. Ideal for filter brewing.
