Ethiopia Bombe Natural
Summary
This coffee comes from the Bombe community lot in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. The beans are Heirloom Arabica, grown at 1,900–2,200 metres above sea level, and processed using the natural (dry) method. In the cup it offers ripe peach, fresh blueberry and delicate pear, with layered sweetness, juicy brightness and a clean, fresh finish. Recommended for filter brewing.
