Summary
Colombia Oscar 300 Anaerobic is a single-origin coffee from Pitalito, Colombia, produced by farmer Oscar. This 100% Papayo Arabica is grown at 1800 meters above sea level. The beans undergo a 300-hour anaerobic fermentation in a beer tank, resulting in a vibrant and complex cup with notes of tangerine, ginger, and eucalyptus.

Grind: medium-coarse
- 1.Place the V60 and decanter on the scale, add 20g of freshly ground coffee, level it and zero the scale, prepare a timer.
- 0:00Pour 50g of water in a circular motion, gently swirl the V60, and wait 30 seconds. (30 s)
- 0:30Continue pouring in a thorough circular motion until reaching 200g.
- 1:30At 1:30, pour in a circular motion up to 300g and gently swirl the V60 again.
Stir the brewed coffee before serving and wait 2-3 minutes for it to cool. Best flavours around 60-70°C.

- 1.Place the Chemex on the scale, add 35g of freshly ground coffee, level and zero the scale, prepare a timer.
- 0:00Pour 70g of water in a circular motion to wet all the coffee, wait 30 seconds. (30 s)
- 0:30Continue pouring in a thorough circular motion until reaching 300g, then gently swirl the Chemex.
- 2:15At 2:15, pour the remaining 200g and gently swirl again.
Wet the paper filter first to remove paper taste and preheat the Chemex.
