Summary

Worka is a single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, produced by the Worka Cooperative at the Halo Fafate Washing Station in Yirgacheffe. The coffee is grown by around 900 smallholder farmers who own between 1/2 to 1/8 hectare of land. Cherries are processed using the washed method and dried on raised beds. The coffee features Heirloom varieties grown at 2050-2200 masl. The flavour profile offers delicate bergamot and tangy citrus notes with a creamy texture.
