A Special Release from Wilton Benitez's Granja Paraíso 92 farm in the highlands of Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia. This Caturra variety coffee was grown at 1750-2100 masl and processed using Wilton's pioneering Thermal Shock method, combining anaerobic fermentation with a rapid warm-to-cold water wash to stabilise and intensify aromatic compounds. The cup profile features vivid passionfruit, ripe mango and juicy boysenberry sweetness. A strikingly expressive yet remarkably clean coffee reflecting innovation in Colombian specialty coffee.
