Summary
Tade GG Estate is a single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, produced by Tesfaye Bekele on a 221-hectare farm in Shakisso, Guji zone, Oromia region. Grown at 1,860-1,950 meters above sea level on volcanic soil, the coffee is of the Heirloom variety and processed using the washed method. The cherries are pulped, fermented for 35-48 hours, washed, and dried on elevated beds for 9-15 days. The cup profile features apricot nectar, lime, and tropical fruit flavours with a juicy, creamy mouthfeel.
