Summary
A Brazilian single-origin coffee from the Cambraia family's Fazenda Samambaia estate in Sul de Minas, Brazil. Producer Henrique Dias Cambraia manages the estate which was established in the 19th century. The coffee is the Yellow Topázio variety, a cross between Mundo Nuvo and Red Catuaí, naturally processed on patios at 1200 MASL. Flavour notes include light peach, orange oil and boozy rum. Roasted as espresso by Five Senses Coffee.
