Ruby Esperanza comes from the rugged hills of La Unión, Nariño, Colombia, grown by producer Ruby Esperanza Urbano on a small, carefully managed farm. This coffee is 100% Caturra variety, grown at 1600 MASL with rich volcanic soil and slow cherry development. Processed using the washed method with a 30-hour underwater fermentation for added clarity and complexity. The cup profile features buttery popcorn richness, tropical guava, and a bright floral lift of hibiscus.
