Summary
This coffee comes from the Villarazo region of Colombia, produced by 30 smallholder families organized under the Red Villamaria association with support from social enterprise Raw Material. The coffee is of the Castillo variety, grown at 1800 MASL. The cherries underwent an extended fermentation of over 72 hours before being dried. The resulting cup is described as having boozy raspberry coulis, savoury bramble fruit, and a coating body.
