Summary
Primaveral is a washed coffee from the Primaveral Association in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1300-1700 masl. The coffee is made from the Caturra variety and processed using the washed method. It offers flavour notes of cola, dark chocolate, and sparkling white grape acidity with a clean, sweet aftertaste. The association consists of 54 farms and uses a quality-based incentive system where coffees scoring above 86 points receive premiums. The coffee is roasted as an espresso roast.
