Produced by Trilladora Popayan and processed using the washed method, it is grown at approximately 1700 meters above sea level. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia. The cup profile features tropical fruit aroma, grilled pineapple sweetness, and a rich, silky texture with juicy mouthfeel. Roasted as an espresso roast.
