Pilha
Summary
A single origin coffee from Brazil, produced by Fazenda Samambaia at 1700 meters above sea level. Grown with the Obata variety, this coffee undergoes a unique 'Pilha' natural processing method where cherries are heaped into small mounds to increase fermentation, resulting in a controlled rise in fruit character. The flavour profile features delicate floral aromas, glacé fruit, with deep richness and hints of sherbet and ginger.
