Summary

Orkida is a washed coffee from Timor-Leste, grown by around 800 smallholder farmers in the Railaco Processing Station, Ermera, at 1600-1700 MASL. The coffee is a hybrid of Timor, Typica and Catimor varieties, carefully fermented, washed and sun-dried to highlight clarity and balance. Flavour profile includes bright juicy mandarin, apple juice sweetness and a smooth milk chocolate finish.
