From the Muyanda Washing Station atop Mt Elgon, Uganda. Produced by local smallholder farmers in collaboration with Zukuka Bora. Varieties: SL14 and SL28. Processed using a double anaerobic natural method where whole cherries are placed in airtight drums with one-way airlocks for 5 days, then sun-dried. Flavour notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and chocolate-dipped strawberries.
