Grown at 1850-1900 MASL, this Colombia variety coffee features an anaerobic fermentation stage during processing, followed by slow drying. The cup profile offers flavours of black forest gateau, cherry brandy, and pineapple sherbet. Available as a filter roast from Five Senses Coffee.
