Summary
Lem Lem is a washed Ethiopian coffee from Kochere county, produced by Lemlem Shibiru. Grown at 1750-1800 metres above sea level, it features 74165 and Wolisho varieties. The washed processing highlights bright, floral notes of bergamot, lemon-lime, jasmine, and honeysuckle florals. Lemlem Shibiru, a passionate coffee farmer, partnered with the Jabanto Group to establish her own washing station in Biloya town, sourcing cherries from over 100 farmers in the Biloya and Baya villages.
