Summary
A washed coffee from Ethiopia's Gedeo zone, specifically the Biloya community in Kochere. Produced by 87 local smallholder farmers organised under the Jabanto group since 2018. Grown at 1800-1950 metres above sea level. Varieties include 74112, 74165, and Kurume. Processed using the traditional Agard pulping method with a 48-hour wet fermentation and multiple water changes, followed by soaking, shade-drying, and sun-drying on raised beds. Flavour profile features juicy peach, lime, and rhubarb, resulting in a bright and clean cup.
