El Indio, Natural
Summary
From the high mountains of Tolima, Colombia, El Indio Natural is a Caturra variety coffee produced by local smallholder farmers in the Planadas region. The coffee is naturally processed with handpicked cherries dried on raised beds under the sun, with quality control teams monitoring the process four times daily. Grown at 1500-2150 metres above sea level in Tolima's volcanic soils, the cup profile features limoncello brightness, caramelised pineapple sweetness, and a delicate floral rose finish.
