Grown at 1650 MASL on Finca Campo Hermoso, this Gesha variety undergoes a Double Carbonic Maceration process, a technique inspired by winemaking that involves fermenting cherries in an anaerobic, CO2-rich environment infused with Mossto. The coffee offers a bright and winey profile with notes of lime sorbet cocktail, glacé cherry, and orange blossom.
