Summary
Buliye is a natural processed coffee from the Guji Zone in Ethiopia, produced by local smallholder farmers and led by third-generation producer Yednekachew Seleshi. Grown at 2050-2100 MASL in the Hambella Wamena district, the coffee features regional landrace varieties that are hand-picked, naturally processed, and dried on African raised beds at the Buliye washing station, established in 2013. The cup profile presents notes of cherry, blueberry and tea rose.
