A specialty coffee from the Nyaruguru region of southern Rwanda, grown at 1,700-2,000 meters above sea level. The coffee is of the Red Bourbon variety and is processed using the natural method. It is part of the Baho Coffee project founded by Emmanuel Rusatira. The cup profile is silky and harmonious with notes of orange, hazelnut, white flowers, ripe fruit, and vanilla, with a juicy acidity and natural sweetness. Suitable for both filter methods (Chemex, V60) and espresso.
