Summary
Grand Cru Guatemala is a single-origin Arabica coffee from the Fraijanes - Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 meters above sea level. The beans are washed and sun-dried, then medium roasted. It offers a strong flavor with good body, balanced acidity, and notes of vanilla, almond, and candied lemon with a caramelized citrus aftertaste. Suitable for preparation with Moka pot, pour-over V60, Chemex, and French press.
