Summary

Bononia Filter is a 100% Arabica ground coffee blend from Filicori Zecchini, composed of selected coffees from Brazil, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. The coffee is medium roasted and ground specifically for filter coffee preparation, recommended for automatic filter machines, Pour Over V60, Chemex, and French press. It comes in individual vacuum-sealed single servings (64g each) within a bulk pack. The aromatic profile includes notes of flowers, toasted bread, chocolate cookies from the Brazilian component; vanilla, almond, candied lemon from the Guatemalan component; and orange, candied lemon, nutmeg, honey from the Ethiopian component.
