Kenya Karimi Bergamora
Summary
Kenya Karimi Bergamora is a coffee produced at the Karimikui Wet Mill in the Kirinyaga region, on the southern slopes of Mount Kenya, by the Rung'eto Farmers Cooperative Society. The washed processing includes fermentation, washing in water channels, soaking, and drying on raised beds, contributing to clarity and aromatic intensity. The flavour profile features red currants, bergamot, elderflower, and white grapes, with elegant citric acidity and brown sugar sweetness. Varieties: Batian, SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11. Scored 86.50. Roasted omniroast, it works well for both filter and espresso.
