Columbia Peach Geisha
Summary
Colombian Geisha coffee from small producers in La Plata, Huila, grown at 1600-1900 meters. Processed at the Los Patios station by The Coffee Quest using a natural process with peach co-fermentation: cherries undergo a 12-hour aerobic fermentation at the farm, are depulped, then co-fermented with a peach concentrate for two days before drying for 12-16 days. The cup is creamy, perfumed and bright, with notes of peach yogurt, candied mandarins and elderflower. Scored 89. Roasted as an omniroast.
