Summary

Single-origin Geisha coffee from several small producers in the La Plata region of Huila, Colombia, processed at the Los Patios processing station by The Coffee Quest. Grown at 1600-1900 m, the cherries undergo a 12-hour aerobic fermentation, are depulped, then co-fermented with peach concentrate for two days and dried for 12-16 days. The result is an expressive, refined Geisha with creamy, perfumed and vibrant cup profile featuring notes of peach yogurt, candied mandarin orange and elderflower. Scored 89. Roasted as an omni roast.
