Wild Raspberry is a natural-processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by Mr. Girum Girma as part of the Single Farmer Project. Grown at 1500-2000 meters in the Arsosala area of Uraga District, this heirloom variety offers an explosive cup of juicy red fruit with dominant raspberry notes, jasmine florals, and a soft cane sugar sweetness. Dried on raised beds for up to 25 days, it develops a jammy richness and syrupy texture, with hints of apple blossom, raisin, and red wine. This coffee is part of the Flavour Collection / RED, highlighting fruit and florality.
