Finca Santa Elena - Pacamara Honey is a single-origin coffee from Santa Ana, El Salvador, near the Santa Ana volcano. Produced by Fernando Lima, this coffee is of the Pacamara variety, a cross between Pacas and Maragogipe. It is honey processed, with the seeds dried while the sweet mucilage remains intact, enhancing fruit character. Tasting notes include tropical fruit, brown sugar, and juicy flavors. Grown at 1,550–1,850 meters elevation, it is certified Organic and Kosher. Light roast.
