Summary

Single-origin organic coffee from the Maya Vinic cooperative in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. The co-op is made up of families from the municipalities of Chenalhó, Pantelhó and Chalchihuitán who have produced coffee since the early 1900s and organized for a more equitable market; Conscious Coffees has imported their fair trade harvest since 2001. Washed process, medium roast, with tasting notes of bittersweet chocolate, pecan and stone fruit.
