Single-origin Honduran microlot from the Marcala region, produced by Grasia Maria Peñalba on her parcel La Perla Azul within the COMSA cooperative. Grown with organic farm management and selectively harvested using brix measurements to maximise sugar concentration in the fruit. Honey process, light roast. Cup profile of dulce de leche, black plum, walnut brownie and a creamy body.
