Project Ultraviolet is a co-fermented blend from Color Coffee, built from co-fermented red fruits, blackberry honey co-ferment, Orange Caturra, Pink Bourbon, and Chiroso. It offers a layered profile with vibrant aromatics, creamy sweetness, and a clean, composed finish, with notes of blackberry, red cherry, and strawberry.

Water: ideal range 30-80 ppm, moderate alkalinity, balanced calcium/magnesium. Extraction yield 20-23%, TDS 1.35-1.55. Brewers: Hoop, Pulsar, UFO, Origami Air.
