Honduras Tutule - Natural Processed Community Lot
Summary
Honduras Tutule Natural is a community lot coffee from San Pedro de Tutule in the Montecillos region of La Paz, Honduras, produced by more than five smallholder producers with farms averaging around 14 hectares. Varieties include IHCAFE 90, Catuai, and Catimor. It undergoes a natural process: hand-picked ripe cherries, 48–72 hour whole cherry fermentation without water, and sun drying on raised beds for 15–18 days. Light roasted, it offers tasting notes of mango, blackberry chocolate cake, and cacao.
