Uganda Bujuku
Summary
Uganda Bujuku is a natural processed single origin coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains region in Kasese, Uganda. Grown at high altitude with fertile soils, it features SL14 and SL28 varieties. The natural processing method of drying whole cherries for 20-24 days on raised beds contributes to its sweet, dessert-like profile. Sensory notes include white chocolate, toffee, stone fruits, and currant, with a full, smooth, slightly syrupy body and high sweetness. Designed for espresso brewing methods, it works well both as a standalone espresso and with milk.
